Payments Accepted
Payment is due the day the service is performed.
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Check.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel your house cleaning appointment.
Here are our policies:
* No Charge within 48 hours notice.
* $50 dollar fee within one day notice.
* Full Charge for same day notice.
Our company understand that unforeseen things happen, and that occasionally you may need to cancel the cleaning services. For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.
We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers. When cancellations are made close to the cleaning time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their home.
For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message with the agreed upon time, there will be a full charge on your next scheduled cleaning. Thank you in advance for understanding the policy we have instituted. We are happy to serve you.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you'are not happy, we will make it right. (We must be notified within 24 hours of our service).
